Helen St. Pierre volunteers hundreds of hours each year to shelters and rescues locally in the Concord, New Hampshire area to help homeless dogs find their forever home. Whether evaluating dogs, training them or giving workshops and training shelter staff, this is one other way she can give back to dogs that do so much for her.
No puppy should grow up in a shelter, and sadly, many do. Resulting in limited socialization and training during the critical early weeks of life that can and often do have lasting negative effects.
All Dogs Go To Helen happily takes reduce puppies free of charge to help them get a great start in life. not only does this keep them away from the stress of the shelter, it helps them stay successful in their new home because they will have already started learning essential skills that make them more adoptable.
Helen does not do the adoption herself, but rather pairs with local rescues and shelters to take on a puppy in need and lets the organization find them the home the so deserve. It's a great way to work together for the betterment of dogs.
